How the engagement works
I begin by mapping the existing environment: accounts, permissions, sharing and the current platform. Migration or implementation follows a documented plan covering sequence, timing and exactly what users should expect, so email and files remain available. At the end, I provide administration documentation describing how the environment is configured and how to manage it.
Outcome: a cloud environment where every user has the right access, security settings are in place and administration is clear enough not to depend on one person.

Do you support cloud platforms other than Google Workspace?
Google Workspace is a primary focus, but I always assess alternatives according to your needs. For platforms requiring narrow specialist expertise, I bring in the right person from my network and coordinate the work myself.
Will email remain available during the migration?
Yes. With proper planning, messages are preserved and disruption is minimal. That is why every migration starts with an assessment and plan rather than immediately moving data.
We already use Workspace. Can you simply tidy it up?
Yes. This is one of the most common engagements: reviewing and correcting access rights, sharing and security settings in the existing environment, with documentation included.
